This is a fast and easy way to make your tee time reservations quick & simple. You make access our 24-Hour Reservation System from any touch-tone phone.

Outlined below is the keying sequence to make a tee time reservation.

Making a Automated Reservation:

a) When your call is answered you will be greeted and presented with 3 options:
1) To make a reservation: Press “1”
2) To obtain driving directions: Press “2”
3) To speak to the Golf Shop: Press “3”

b) The next prompt will ask you to enter your P.I.N number

c) You will then be presented with 5 options:
1) To make a new tee time: Press “1”
2) To review or cancel a tee time: Press “2”
3) To change your P.I.N number: Press “3”
4) To return to the main menu: Press “9”
5) To speak to the Golf Shop: Press “0”

d) You will be asked to enter the rotation you wish to play:
1) For Ruby: Press “1”
2) For Cobalt: Press “2”

e) You will be asked for a preferred date using a 2-digit month and 2-digit day
(Press 0615, for June 15th)

f) You will then be asked to enter the number of players in your group.
(Press 1 to 4 players)

g) You will be asked for a preferred time using a 2-digit hour and a 2-digit minute.
Note: Do not use military time
(Press 0730 wait then Press “1” for AM or “2” for PM)

h) The system will present you with the closest available tee time.
(Press “1” to reserve the mentioned tee time)
